Session of Surveying Section of the Committee of Geodesy, Polish Academy of Sciences

On the 29th January 2010, the Surveying Section of the Committee of Geodesy, Polish Academy of Sciences holds the scientific session concerning works in 2009. The session will take place on the Warsaw University of Technology. The main topics are annual reports from the IX Scientific-Technical Conference organized by the Committee in 2009 and works leaded by the problem teams of the Section. Few technical papers will be presented during the session. Ass. Prof. Kazimierz Ćmielewski and Dr. Krzysztof Mąkolski will participate in the session.

The 50 years anniversary of Geodesy studies on the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Geodesy
of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences celebration will be held on the 1-3rd of July 2010.
The chairman of the organizing committee is professor Bernard Kontny, Ph.D., D.Sc.- Vice-Dean for Geodesy and Cartography.

Nationwide Scientific Symposium of the Polish Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Association (PTFiT)

On the 23-25th of September 2010 Institute of Geodesy and Geoinformatics of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences
and the (PTFiT) hold the Nationwide Scientific Symposium of the Polish Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Association.
The sessionns will take place in the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Geodesy building.

Geodynamic Research with use of the TM-71 crack gauges Seminar

On the 6th of January 2010 in the closed down gold mine in Złoty Stok there will be hold the Seminar
on the problem of Geodynamic Research with use of the TM-71 crack gauges.
Professor Stefan Cacoń , Ph.D., D.Sc. will participate in the Seminar and present a paper
on the problem of research with use of the TM-71 crack gauges on Spitsbergen.
