   First name  middle name  last name (sometimes 2 names only were given)
   
2. The "Date:" field is the date of the entry. Attention: use this date to check the currentness of an entry!
3. To search for a specific name, department, interest, etc:
   1. Type "Control-F" (hold down the Ctrl key and type "F") .
   2. Type the word in the dialog box that opens.
   3. Click on "Find Next" or "Find All" to search for your word.
